SHIPPING POLICY

1. Domestic Shipments (USA)

“Standard Shipping” is our default method of fulfilling domestic orders (including military APO addresses). “Standard Shipping” is either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, at the discretion of White-Boucke Publishing, Inc. Transit time for “Standard Shipping” in the contiguous 48 States is typically 2-5 business days.

“Economy Shipping” is offered as a lower-cost alternative and is by USPS Media Mail. Transit time for “Economy Shipping” in the contiguous 48 States is typically 5-15 business days.

Software upgrade orders advertised as "Free Shipping" are shipped USPS Media Mail.

Customers may upgrade to an expedited means (next-day air, express mail, etc) or specify a particular carrier (FedEx, Airborne Express). In this regard, customers should contact White-Boucke Publishing by e-mail (ordering@white-boucke.com) or telephone (303) 604-0661 or (800) 382-7922 to place the order, since these options involve increased shipping charges and expedite fees that cannot be accommodated by our Internet Shopping Cart.

2. Overseas Shipments

“Airmail Shipping” is used for all overseas orders. Note that USPS no longer offers any form of surface mail.

Overseas customers may change to an alternative shipping method (Courier Service, FedEx, etc). In this regard, customers should contact White-Boucke Publishing by e-mail (ordering@white-boucke.com) or telephone (303) 604-0661 to place the order, since these options involve increased shipping charges and expedite fees that cannot be accommodated by our Internet Shopping Cart. In all cases, the customer is responsible for any and all customs/import charges or costs that may apply.
